Villorrio del Caudillo es una pequeña aldea perdida en el tiempo y en algún lugar de la España profunda, totalmente ajena a los avances del mundo moderno. Sus habitantes, apacibles y excéntricos, preparan cada año una fiesta muy especial. Pero, esta vez verán interrumpidos los festejos por la aparición de una temible banda de atracadores de la gran ciudad que, tras dar un golpe sangriento, deciden ocultarse allí. Sin embargo, la aparición de estos inesperados y violentos visitantes no hará más que convertir las fiestas de este año en las más explosivas de la historia de Villorrio.
