"End Credits" is een onafhankelijke documentaire van Marc Cosyns en Alexander Decommere, gerealiseerd in 2012 en in première gebracht op 24 & 26 januari 2013 in Gent en Antwerpen. De makers bekijken de euthanasie in de praktijk, tien jaar na de Belgische wetgeving van 2002.
Sinds 2002 is euthanasie in België wettelijk geregeld. Toch is er anno 2013 nog veel onduidelijkheid. Wat kan? Wat mag? Voor wie? En hoe moet het verder? Lydia Chagoll schetst de aanloop naar de wet, terwijl Maddy Buysse een mogelijke toekomst belichaamt.
De makers volgen Adelin en Eva, twee zeer verschillende mensen die aan de vooravond van hun levenseinde staan.
Adelin wordt geconfronteerd met zijn dementiële aftakeling, terwijl Eva haar ondraaglijk en uitzichtloos psychisch lijden een halt wil toeroepen. Beide mensen vragen om hulp en zorg voor een waardig sterven en afscheid. Middels orgaandonatie wil Eva haar dood nog zin geven.
Enkele mensen die de euthanasiewetgeving van nabij volgen, werpen hun licht op deze complexe problematiek.

The filmmakers point their camera at euthanasia in practice, ten years since the Belgian law was finalized in 2002. The film had premières in Ghent and Antwerp on January 24th and 26th, 2013.
Since 2002, euthanasia is legal in Belgium. Still, anno 2013, there are a lot of questions unanswered. What is possible? What is accepted? For whom? And what lies beyond euthanasia? Lydia Chagoll outlines what made the legalisation of euthanasia possible, while Maddy Buysse symbolizes a possible future.
The filmmakers follow Adelin and Eva, two very different people who are at the dawn of the end of their lives.
Adelin, 83 years old, is confronted with dementia, while Eva, 34, wants her unbearable and never ending mental suffering to stop. Both people ask for help with and care for a decent farewell and passing away. Through organ donation, Eva would like to add meaning to her death.
A group of individuals who follow, study and understand the Belgian law of euthanasia, give us their insights on these complex issues.
