Synopsis : Yann Kermadec voit son rêve se réaliser quand il remplace au pied levé le skipper vedette de « DCNS », au départ du Vendée Globe. Après quelques jours de course, Yann, alors en tête, est contraint de faire une halte forcée pour réparer son safran endommagé. Son tour du monde va en être bouleversé. A bord, il découvre la présence d'un clandestin, Moussa, un adolescent sénégalais. Le règlement du Vendée Globe est stricte: en solitaire ou disqualifié. Yann n'a pas le choix, il doit débarquer le jeune homme pour gagner. Une course contre la montre intense et captivante.

Synopsis : Zeiler Yann Kermadec ziet zijn droom werkelijkheid worden wanneer hij onverwachts mag starten in de Vendée Globe, de befaamde solozeilwedstrijd om de wereld. Na enkele dagen moet hij noodgedwongen aanmeren om reparaties uit te voeren. Wanneer hij terug vertrekt, ontdekt hij dat hij niet langer alleen aan boord is. Een verstekeling heeft zich in het ruim verborgen. Maar de regels zijn streng: als uitlekt dat Yann niet alleen op de boot is, volgt onmiddellijke diskwalificatie. Yann aarzelt... kan hij de jonge Moussa zomaar ergens aan land zetten?
