The book is another monster hardcover with more than 460 photos by photographer Martin Hladik who has documented the life and work of Japanese top tattoo master Horikazu for years until his death.
It presents all kind of tattoos (traditional, neo-traditional, modern) work of Japanese tattoo masters all over the Japan, by large full page images taken mostly by Martin Hladik, photographer based in Tokyo and John Hard from Osaka. Several hundreds of images were put together by Manami Okazaki who created a unique art book and document of the underground tattoo scene of Japan.
