Wanza Madrid is the VP of Client Services and oversees the Mission Control team. She is responsible for overall technology & program services, creative solutions, process, and growth strategies. Wanza is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in branded merchandise. Prior to falling into the world of promo, Wanza worked in professional children's theatre as an education specialist, director, and actor. Wanza lives in the Austin Metro area with her husband, Aron, where they love to spend time with family who are friends, friends who are family, and cruise the open seas whenever possible. Wanza’s greatest accomplishment and joy is as a mother-figure to 3 children & their significant others (the kids) and “Lolli” to 2 itty bitties (the kids’ kids).
As the Technology Services Manager for Mission Control, Kenny assists our sales team members in engaging with their clients to discover, configure, and drive adoption of our web-based solutions to meet their specific needs. He also leads Technology Bootcamps where he coaches our sales teams on how to better leverage our proprietary technologies. He has been with Boundless since 2012. When he isn’t at home with his wife and two children or catching neighborhood snakes, he can be found at the lacrosse fields where he coaches in the youth program or on the local radio station calling lacrosse games.
Jessica is an Implementation Manager for Mission Control and is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new solutions. Acting as the central point of coordination, Jess collaborates with sales teams, clients, and technology partners to ensure smooth, on-time implementations. Passionate about keeping things running efficiently and building trust with clients, Jess takes pride in delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. Based in Austin, TX she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing some occasional volleyball, and exploring the city's vibrant food and beverage scene.
Stephanie is an Implementation Specialist for Mission Control. She serves as the project manager for the creation and modification of technology enabled client programs; utilizing our proprietary and licensed technology platforms to bring ideas to life. When she's not immersed in configuring solutions, she's spending time with our sales teams, clients, and internal departments to problem solve, clear roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule. Stephanie graduated from the University of Texas (Hook 'Em!) with a degree in Mathematics and is a self-described nerd. She has been with Boundless since 2012, spending several years in Sales Support and several more in Inside Sales supporting a high-performing sales team, before landing in Mission Control, where she brings a sales & client focused perspective to her role. When she's not working, you can find her at the beach with her husband & son or curled up on the couch with her two cats, reading a good book.
With over 12 years in the branded merchandise industry, Emily brings deep experience and a client-first mindset to her role as Lead Implementation Specialist. She leads the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success for every client. Emily also actively researches new capabilities within our platform ecosystems to help tailor solutions that meet each client's unique needs. Prior to this role, she worked as an Account Manager, where she built strong relationships and developed a keen understanding of customer goals. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors or at the lake with her husband of 10+ years and their three kids and winding down in the evenings with a good book-when she's not running between sports practices, that is.
As an Implementation Specialist for Mission Control, Tanner is responsible for configuring and making feature enhancements to Boundless proprietary technologies (Portal Store), licensed tech solutions (BrightSite, BigCommerce, and OrderMyGear), and landing page web builds and maintenance. He holds a degree in 3D modeling and digital animation from Oklahoma State University and brings a unique blend of creativity and innovation to Boundless. Tanner currently resides in Layton, Utah. When the snow blankets the Wasatch Mountains, you'll find him carving fresh powder or trekking through high alpine terrain. He also enjoys camping under the stars and experimenting with new cast iron recipes over an open fire.
Roselle is an Implementation Specialist for Boundless, working from the Philippines. She is responsible for configuring solutions to client specifications, ensuring all brand standards are met and feature sets are enabled according to client requirements. Roselle started with Boundless in 2023 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. She took Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from Batangas State University in 2013. Additionally, she was among the first class of employees to graduate from the DCX eCommerce Academy training program for the Promo industry in 2023. Before joining Boundless, Roselle gained nine years of experience across various sectors, including real estate, retail, and eCommerce. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, watching Korean dramas, and listening to worship songs. On weekends, she is actively involved in her Christian church, participating in Discipleship Group gatherings and supporting her husband in teaching in the Kids Ministry.
Rhea is an Implementation Specialist for Boundless, working from the Philippines. She is responsible for configuring solutions to client specifications, ensuring all brand standards are met and feature sets are tailored to client requirements. She graduated in 2016 with a BS in Business Management Economics from Bulacan State University and graduated from the DCX eCommerce Academy in 2025. Before joining Boundless, Rhea gained 7 years of experience across various sectors, including 5 years as an eCommerce support specialist. In her free time, she enjoys learning fun new ways to use Canva as well as reading manga and watching anime.

Wade is the Technology Program Manager for Mission Control at Boundless. He is responsible for working with sales partners and their clients to manage and maintain all technology related client solutions and managing technology service requests through completion for existing programs. Prior to working in Mission Control, Wade worked as a Sales Order Coordinator and Support Training Specialist for the Boundless Sales Order Coordinator team. He was raised in Austin and truly embodies the Austin lifestyle. Most of the time, you can find Wade swimming in the natural springs around the city, enjoying live music or playing basketball with friends. He is an avid sports fan, and loves to root for the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys.
Jason is the Service Support Specialist for Mission Control. He is responsible for providing technical support for Boundless Portal Technology, updating stores, and promptly directing all Mission Control tasks to the appropriate team member. Jason grew up on the Gulf Coast in Galveston, TX, where he spent most of his time on the beach with friends, fishing, and playing music. He attended Texas State University, where he pursued a degree in Music Composition. When Jason is not working, you can find him bouncing around from venue to venue in the live music scene of Austin, TX, hiking and writing.

Robin Potter comes from an adjacent industry with a background in merchandising and B2B marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in graphic design and creative direction. As Creative Services Manager she helps the Boundless sales professionals with marketing needs and creative services. Robin has been married to IT nerd Jonathon for 20+ years. They have 3 fur babies, love crafting cocktails, and playing games... pretty much ANY game. In her free time, Robin likes to paint, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends.
Lauren Taylor is a Graphic Designer, Jr. for Mission Control and helps Robin with all things Creative Services. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Mississippi-Hotty Toddy! She has lived in many places, but considers herself from Denver, Colorado. Her creative passions extend outside graphic design to things like ceramics, painting, and photography. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading, going to concerts, spending time outside, eating good food (especially tacos), and traveling.
