When we talk about scary games we thought about some killing machine that can drop down dozens of enemies by walking through some dark cave or rooms with some weapon in hand, and suddenly a voice came from your PC speaker and you just said “Oh My God”.
As the name implies, Dead Space is, set in space where no one can hear your voice or your scream. Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is a first-person horror game that combines intense action and adventure elements.
Condemmed is you, the player as a crime scene investigator who has been framed for a dual murder. An adventure action game with lot of scary monsters, Black Plague isn’t a game about the actual black plague. Siren: Blood Curse is a stealth-based survival horror video game developed by Sony Computer Entertainment’s Japan Studio for the PlayStation 3.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent a survival horror adventure game by Frictional Games, who previously developed the Penumbra series. When we reviewed State of Decay on PC earlier this year, I loved the games originality and the fact that it was hard to pin down its genre, but hated the bugginess and roughness of the game engine. With Breakdown, Undead Labs have tweaked the basic State of Decay formula, but made no major new additions to the basic game. With the original State of Decay being such a brilliant value proposition, it’s easy to forgive the developers for asking for a little more of your cash. Stranger Things - The Vanishing of Will Byers - Netflix [HD] - Duration: 8 minutes, 40 seconds. You will draw upon your skills in exploration, investigation, and combat while faced with the seemingly impossible task of battling evil incarnate.
You have to find the serial killer, by doing analysis of crime scene and beating some homeless people.

This DLC isn’t a massive new campaign or a major change to any of the gameplay systems, rather it breathes some new life into the experience.
State of Decay offered a large, open ended world and a campaign that could last (almost) forever, so having a new way to play that campaign is welcome. You can now choose which group of survivors to ally yourself with, and as a result the opening parts of the game are exciting and emancipating as you wonder the world, deciding where exactly you will set up and begin your war of attrition against the hordes. The story events are worth seeing and playing through, so you’ll want to have exhausted the original campaign before your approach this DLC. LAIKA and Focus Features are today inviting fans to explore the world of their latest, Kubo and the Two Strings, with an interactive Kubo map. The game is started in a house, the home of protagonist Alexandra Roivas’ grandfather and the mysterious book known as ‘The Tome of Eternal Darkness’ that Alexandra finds there. It’s tough because you’re worried by the presence of a scary zombie like creatures that are looking to make a meal out of you. When monsters appear your only option is to run away in fear, hide in the shadows, and pray they don’t find you. There he found a women looks like his wife, but she claims that she never saw him in her life.
I’m glad to say that in the intervening period Undead Labs have ironed out many of the flaws in State of Decay and the game is now more stable and slightly less buggy, and although it retains a degree of roughness around the edges, those flaws now lends the game some additional charm.
Whereas the original State of Decay campaign would see you run down the finite resources of the world over time, in Breakdown you are given the option of moving on in an RV (once you find it) to effectively restart the game at a higher difficulty level. With a whole bunch of new characters to unlock and choose from at the beginning of each new session, there’s more scope to tailor the game to your own preferences. As it stands, State of Decay is one of the most original and exciting games of the past year, and if you need an excuse to check it out, then this is as good as any.

In the player below, you can chart Kubo’s journey across the strange and mysterious Vastlands! You can keep doing this until you finally succumb to the hungry hordes, with your final score on the global leaderboards determined by how long you managed to survive. The game features a third-person perspective, with various camera angles for different areas of the map in contrast to simply always having the player view the game from behind the back of James.
It is being brought to life at LAIKA’s Oregon studios via the company’s innovative 3D stop-motion and CG hybrid technique.
In addition to directing, Knight is producing Kubo and the Two Strings with Arianne Sutner (ParaNorman). In the epic fantasy, scruffy, kindhearted Kubo ekes out a humble living while devotedly caring for his mother in their sleepy shoreside village. It is a quiet existence – until a spirit from the past catches up with him to enforce an age-old vendetta. Suddenly on the run from gods and monsters, Kubo’s chance for survival rests on finding the magical suit of armor once worn by his fallen father, the greatest samurai the world has ever known. Summoning courage, Kubo embarks on a thrilling odyssey as he faces his family’s history, navigates the elements, and bravely fights for the earth and the stars.
