The last time we wrote this blog we were trying to implement a Spanish class that can tend to our Spanish speaking students, since it is the majority language in Los Angeles, CA. This is a great opportunity to come to the class to see if this is right for you considering we have a great teacher, you will most likely be able to speak read and write Spanish by the completion of the class. We are offering this class so that we can get the person that is looking for a job more employable, we have stretegic partnerships with tthe iunglewood one stop work source un emplooyment off ice and they are always looking for bi-lingual speakers since we have so many spanish speakers in this area.
We started this CPR class to give our Inglewood residents a closer place to renew their CPR certification, and as it turns out we have turn this place into a location where you can get many things you need to get a job in the first place. Since we started with CPR  we have added DOT physicals for truck drivers that needed to get a job and even to get this commercial drivers license in the first place, after that we added drug testing which is also a requirement for those employers who are asking for that service.
G- Medical CPR has been trying tirelessly to establish a spanish cirriculum that will help some of our spanish speaking students who just speak spanish.
Many times there will be students who can speak english pretty good but just cant read english to great and to pass our test with the american heart association, you can only miss 4 questions, thats 84%. These are the steps to cpr written in spanish, it’s more important that you know what to do rather than just pay for a class , in fact many times if our class size is pretty small you can always join a class for free if you do not need certification and just need to learn how to do the actual procedure in case of an emergency cardiac arrest.

3) How to succeed: pick the right thing to do (this is critical and usually ignored), focus, believe in yourself (especially when others tell you it’s not going to work), develop personal connections with people that will help you, learn to identify talented people, and work hard. 5) On money: Whether or not money can buy happiness, it can buy freedom, and that’s a big deal. 10) However, as valuable as planning is, if a great opportunity comes along you should take it. Throughout our years certifying the medical community we’ve learned quite a few things.
The reason why is because we realized that this is the only option in a life threatening event at the top of the food chain with the surgeons. The fact of the matter is that if a person doesn’t have a pulse and is not breathing . If you dont want to do mouth to mouth you don’t have to, but theres so much other stuff you can do to save someones life. The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Our course content has been updated to include the new 2010 CPR and ECE Guidelines, which have simplified cpr to increase bystander response, ultimately saving more lives. You will learn hands on skills taught by a team of experienced professionals with medical, or emergency response backgrounds. We run courses throughout Metro Vancouver (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Langley or Abbotsford). Renewal courses are available in Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Delta, Richmond and Coquitlam.
Our recertification courses are rarely cancelled and we rarely have a maximum number of candidates as we have large facilities with a lot of highly qualified instructors. CPR Certification classes can be taught at our location in Downtown Berkley or in any of the other Alameda County cities such as: Richmond, Oakland, Albany, Orinda, Piedmont & Berkeley. First Aid 4U offers WSIB approved First Aid and CPR training courses throughout OntarioA and we are one of the fastest growing training companies in Canada.
We understand that there aren’t very many options out there and considering the hispanic population in the area this is an outrage. We want our spanish speaking students to feel comfortable with our cirriculum so that they can really react in an emergency situation. Work for them and hire them (in fact, one of the most satisfying parts of work is forging deep relationships with really good people).
Regret is the worst, and most people regret far more things they didn’t do than things they did do.
It is particularly noticeable around major life events or just after major career milestones.
Here is just a short list of the few things we’ve learned from real life health care providers in the field. If you don’t have  a puls and your not breathing the only option a that point is cpr. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. A variety of courses are offered to meet the requirements of individuals as well as businesses, groups and institutions. Recertification courses are affiliated through the Red Cross, Lifesaving Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Some locations, such as Vancouver and Surrey, have several training locations to help serve you better.
Work very hard—a surprising number of people will be offended that you choose to work hard—but not so hard that the rest of your life passes you by.
In almost all ways, having enough money so that you don’t stress about paying rent does more to change your wellbeing than having enough money to buy your own jet. One of the benefits of working hard is that good opportunities will come along, but it’s still up to you to jump on them when they do. Try to spend time with people who are either among the best in the world at what they do or extremely promising but totally unknown.
In fact, in your 20s, I think it’s ok to take a “Give me financial discipline, but not just yet” attitude.
Not only does doing new things seem to slow down the perception of time, increase happiness, and keep life interesting, but it seems to prevent people from calcifying in the ways that they think. Don’t hate other people’s success (but remember that some people will hate your success, and you have to learn to ignore it).
Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association. All courses are taught as per the standards of the American Heart Association by highly qualified and experienced instructors.
Do what makes you happy and fulfilled—few people get remembered hundreds of years after they die anyway.
Making money is often more fun than spending it, though I personally have never regretted money I’ve spent on friends, new experiences, saving time, travel, and causes I believe in. Develop very strong ways to avoid letting crap you don’t like doing pile up and take your mental cycles, especially in your work life. I think one of the reasons some people work so hard is so they don’t have to spend too much time thinking about this. The American Red Cross also teaches CPR and First-aid training classes in Berkeley and Oakland, CA.
Don’t do stuff that doesn’t make you happy (this happens most often when other people want you to do something).
The CPR classes available are: American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR which covers Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, AHA Heartsaver First-aid which covers many first-aid emergencies. Don’t spend time trying to maintain relationships with people you don’t like, and cut negative people out of your life. Figure out your own productivity system—don’t waste time being unorganized, working at suboptimal times, etc. All students will receive certification after their training class. We now offer Spanish CPR and First-aid classes in Berkeley and the new AHA PALS class. Most people pick their career fairly randomly—really think hard about what you like, what fields are going to be successful, and try to talk to people in those fields.
