Suzanne Zazulak Pedro was reared in the Deep South, nee’ a la Nouvelle Orleans (New Orleans, Louisiana) which was her first foray into the world of etiquette. She descended from Ukrainian sovereigns and her own crowning as Queen Omega XVIII for Mardi Gras 2004 in Hammond, Louisiana, combined with her educational endeavors in psychology and law has allowed her to recognize and extract the goodness in others. Certified by The American School of Protocol in corporate and children’s etiquette and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University of the South have allowed her to combine the two into a unique classification as a social engineer. Ms. Pedro’s marriage to a senior international airline captain (ret.) had allowed her the opportunity to transverse many continents and participate in the customs of a global society. Presently, she resides in Hammond, Louisiana where she is the town’s first Chief Officer of Protocol, with her husband, mother and a multitude of four-legged children. Several books for both corporate and children’s art and psychology of etiquette are in development.
