You know, I never looked at the WOWY schedule before I made the calendar, I used the calendar that came with the DVDs as a reference. I saw the Slim in 6 program back in 2009, when my daughter was a baby and I had some baby weight on, and really wanted to try it.
When I created that calendar I copied it straight from the paper calendar that came with the DVDs.
Thank you so much for posting this calendar- I bought the Slim in Six videos 6 years ago and lost alot of inches with the program. I’ve had the slim in 6 for years and have just dusted it off to start again and lost the inside material. Justa quick note the Slim and Limber should be used before you do the start it up, burn it up, and ramp it up. First of all great calendar love it but I was wondering do I chose between slim and six pack and slim and limber and if so how should I alternate ? I am surprised that you do it for 6 days solid as I thought you had to give your muscles a chance to rest to recover. I live in Joplin, MO and last year we had a tornado, i’m very blessed but I lost all the Slim stuff. I believe the calendar that came with Slim in 6 does have you working out every day, but the calendar on the beachbody website includes a rest day (I’m reasonably sure it does). Stretching prior to is very important, it will also be good to do them after if you have time. I have done 3 days of the Start Up and am POSITIVE I will finish it all and will have great results, just because my past experience and because of how great I feel about myself everyday I am disciplined and thus accomplished.
