September 26, 2012 One of the many things I loved about Fitbloggin were all of the workouts we were able to try  out.
Saturday morning I laced up my shoes and headed downstairs for my first Jumpsport Fitness trampoline workout. For our workout we did 8 Tabata rounds, equaling 32 minutes plus our warm-up and cool down. Exercises included plank walks on the trampoline (shown above), various jumps on the trampoline, sit ups, burpees, and a couple other crazy moves.

I was sweating buckets by the end of the workout and loved every minute of it, mainly because of this guy! 2.  What do you dislike about fitness?  or what keeps you from taking your fitness to the next level?
I love the way fitness makes me feel, but sometimes laziness takes over that feeling and I wish it didn’t! Coffee Cake and Cardio is running the Genesis Framework using the Tasteful Theme and is powered by Accelerated WP.

Although CrossFit was not new to me, the fact that hundreds of men and women were given the opportunity to try out a WOD was pretty awesome!
