Similar to the earlier article 4 Exercise Routine for Beginners, here is the follow up for those who are at the more advanced level of weight loss and fitness. As you may have noticed, the routine is still spread throughout an entire week, but what the numbers have increased.
This workout routine will certainly take your fat burning to the next level and position you for success.

It’s been 2 weeks since starting my motivational mummy journey on the Lose Baby Weight plans and I thought it would be a great idea to update you all on how things have been. We’ve also been cooking lots of yummy meals out of the LBW 28 Day Plan and recipes on the LBW website.
I feel these past 2 weeks I have put in a decent effort however I am currently going through the not so nice side of weight loss (my scales have only shown that I’ve lost 300 grams and don’t want to get below 88.1 kg).
Hi fellow mummies, It’s been 2 weeks since starting my motivational mummy journey on the Lose Baby Weight plans and I thought it would be a great idea to update you all on how things have been.

I started the Lose Baby Weight program when I hit a weight loss wall at 62kg and my before picture is 4 months after giving birth where I was stuck at 62kg and had a tummy that I couldn’t move.
The Lose Baby Weight program was a real life saver in helping me reach my pre-pregnancy weight! We’ve had a lot of rain here and it’s been quite humid so the DVD definitely helps with getting in exercise.
By being able to break up the workouts into small blocks throughout the day there really is no excuse as to why we can’t exercise. Our favourites would have to be the chicken noodle soup, healthy lasagne, vegetable and lentil pilaf, chicken and steamed vegetables and beef stir fry. I think I am starting to come to realisation that as I am getting closer to my goal weight of 80 kg it is going to be a lot harder to shed these final kilos.
Once I started on the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and implemented the suggested meal plan in the 28 Day Plan, I started losing a kilo per week and I have now lost 10kg.
I love the healthy mummy smoothies because they’re delicious, there’s lots of variety in smoothie recipes, they’re quick and easy to make, they really help to satisfy my chocolate cravings and I always feel full after having one.

I also love how I can include my son into my workouts (our favourite is the squats while I hold my son). Its disheartening to see however I know that with keeping up with the healthy eating and exercising I will eventually get to my goal weight.
Once again another motivation to getting in there and exercising plus we get to spend some quality time together. I’ve also been getting into the habit of doing a big cook up and freezing some of the meals.
This definitely helps with ensuring we have healthy meals for those nights where we can’t be bothered cooking or aren’t home to cook.
