However I recommend juicing and increased whole wheat, fruits, and veggies during pregnancy. I am still a little skeptical because there are just too many infomercials and promotional messages out there telling you how effective their products are. I also hate taking just green vegetables, but after reading this website, it seems that I don’t have to eat just greens. I also recommend a half marathon training app on your phone, it isn’t as daunting as you think and you will feel great if you can accomplish it!

Also did colonics once a day and had some scary stuff come out me like gall stones, parasites (tape worms), and undigested meat.
After, I could sleep and awake easily, my allergies went away, I was more patient, the bags under my eyes disappeared,& regular bowel movements.
