This cauliflower crust pizza is tasty and very filling and is only per 240 calories portion.


Spray the top with a little low-fat cooking spray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm. Now, I am sure I can make my own burger buns at home that would be tastier, healthier and much lower in calories, but it’s hot and I am not in a bread making mood just now.
So, this cauliflower pizza crust idea seemed like an interesting and low-calorie recipe to try out.

I had to use the full amount of mozzarella on just one half of the pizza to make it look like yours, however I bought the very low fat kind, so calories worked out less anyway.
