Old habits die hard, and on day one starting back on my low carb diet… I still wanted junk food. Just last night, we went to Red Robin and I just ordered my bacon cheeseburger with a lettuce bun — making it only 8 net carbs.
BTW, I’ve looked at Low Carb Tortillas at the grocery store and they are not low carb at all. For lunch I had Applebee’s Mild Bone-in Wings, followed by a Breyers CarbSmart ice cream bar.
It seem like a very handy tool to be able to check of items and see what my net carbs would be I M on Atkins.

The Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken, minus tomatoes and with Caesar dressing, is only 8 net carbs.
I opted for another small bowl of Special K cereal for breakfast, and counted that as my total carb allotment for the day.
Glad to see that I am not the only one who struggles with keep to the low carb restriction. As you can see above, even without the onion and ketchup, it’s approximately 22 net carbs.
