FITNESS – It is believed that people who eat breakfast have more energy and therefore may participate in more physical activity than people who skip breakfast.
FOCUS – According to the American Dietetic Association, people who eat breakfast have an easier time focusing and are more productive throughout the morning than people who skip breakfast.

BETTER MOOD – Skipping breakfast can make you feel grumpy and fatigued throughout the day. Though not entirely harmful, coffee is not innocent either and you should be aware of the health effects of this drink. If you set the bar too high and miss, you’ll feel like a failure and want to give up.
Moderation is the key here – limit your coffee intake to 2-3 cups (or fewer) a day and do not over indulge!
You might find it hard to manage your time, child care and the many other things that happen in your daily life.
