These could not be easier to make and the original name of these are Cow Patties, I don’t think I have to tell you why. An even easier twist on these is to simply put one regular sized bag of dark chocolate chips (melted) in with half a regular jar of peanut butter and two-hand cupped handful of oats in a bowl and mix. We made four batches of what Lacy calls Cow Patties (Chocolate No-Bake Cookies) –of course one of those batches is for us!


This recipe is easily adaptable from 1 quart to 6 quarts, adjusted according to the number of cucumbers on hand.
