If you are a regular reader of this blog, you know that I am a big fan of high intensity interval training. I completed a strength training workout that focused on my biceps, triceps and shoulders and incorporated bursts of cardio. It has so many benefits and is a fabulous way to get a quick, easy workout from just about anywhere.


It is my favorite type of workout to do when I am traveling or when I do not have a whole lot of time and need a good workout.
