I find it utterly unbelievable and incredibly frustrating that for something recommended by so many, nobody seems to be willing to give a straight answer about how to do it. Not yogis, not psychologists, not experts, not even people who claim to be writing articles specifically for people who can't figure out how to meditate. As I develop my meditation practice my belief that I will be taken care of grows.
