7 Day Detox PlanA safe and sensible detox plan by Weight Loss Resource's Dietitian, Juliette Kellow. Over the last few months I had put on some extra weight from having bad eating habits and too much snacking plus food being my friend whilst I was studying for my baby massage instructor qualifications.  It was in January post Christmas that when the clothes were too tight, I was feeling lethargic, sluggish, skin was bad that I felt I needed to do something to help me feel better and more importantly lose the weight I had put on and lose the post pregnancy weight I was also struggling to lose.  When I saw Victoria Bari doing the Clean 9 and how well she looked on it, I thought maybe its something I can do?  At this point I had heard about Aloe Vera but didn’t know much it let alone the fact that it could be consumed!  Anyway I did the Clean 9 and here is my diary for it – I hope you enjoy reading it!


Day 3:I was looking forward to weighing myself as I already felt lighter and stomach had gone in quite a bit – I had lost 2kgs already – wow so happy. Add canned pineapple (in fruit juice), canned tomatoes, tomato purée, white wine vinegar and honey. Loving the fact that I am not craving anything sweet after dinner nor inclined to have anything either as am so filled up from dinner.  I wish I had known about this detox program years ago!
