I just had weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve) on Friday and am trying to compile a list of healthy recipes for once I am able to start introducing regular food.
Since then I've only purchased fresh food, healthy snacks and have been very successful in this clean eating change. I'm a Board Certified Health Coach, wife, mom, and food lover from the SF Bay Area (now living in Ann Arbor, MI!); with a passion for delicious food and a desire to make healthy eating easy, tasty, and fun! So, I decided it was nothing to it, but to do it and I prepared my first week of meal preps.

Naturally, I've always been a very picky eater and my disdain of fast food had increased to an all time high. I can’t wait to hear how your family likes my recipes (and how you like them once you start introducing regular food again!) I wish you a speedy recovery and a wonderful path to better health! Meal preps has allowed me to plan and be fall to temptation less, I'm much more disciplined in my choices. Additionally, please refrain from adapting recipes without properly linking back to the original recipe, and keep in mind that simple substitutions do not constitute an adapted or original recipe.
