Sale may be posted on multiple forums, so post SOLD to claim at BIN AND please send payment ASAP. The website is not sold until full payment is received and cleared, and I reserve the right to sell to someone else if prompt payment is not forthcoming.

Payment Options:

• Payment via verified PayPal account (no credit card or echeck-funded payments). (Send PayPal payments to admin_AT_ mesaverdeenterprises.com)^*; or
• Verified Moneybookers payment to admin_AT_ mesaverdeenterprises.com
• Credit card via Google Checkout (I will send you an invoice).

1. Free domain push (internal transfer) to the current registrar only (you can transfer somewhere else later at your cost if required).
2. One week free hosting and full CPanel/FTP access so you can move the site (or I may be able to provide reasonably priced hosting thereafter - please inquire). Please note, the responsibility to ensure your hosting is suitable and to move the site and set it up on your server is entirely yours, although I will give you full written instructions about the operation and setup of the site, if required.
3. No guarantees or warranties whatsoever. All sales are as-is, where-is and final.
4. Site content may not be 100% unique (unless explicitly otherwise stated in the sales thread).
5. Exclusive rights or copyright to the site content/design is not automatically granted (unless explicitly so stated in the sales terms). Site contents may not be original.
6. Perform your own due diligence. Do a WHOIS search for registrar, age etc.
7. All Errors & Omissions Excepted.
8. My decision in all matters incidental to a sale will be final and binding.
9. I reserve the right, without giving any reasons, not to sell or not to sell to anybody.

^* PLEASE NOTE: I'm in the US, so if it is a cross-border transaction (foreign country), please add 1% to the total price to cover PayPal's extra foreign currency fees (I will pay PayPal's normal fees).
