A plantar wart is a common affliction that causes warts to break out on the toes or soles of a foot or both feet. Plantar warts or verruca plantaris as they are also known are caused when your feet get infected with the human papilloma virus. The most common method that is also one of the cheapest for plantar wart removal is the duct tape method. You can also use natural ingredients such as lime, garlic, apple cider vinegar, aloe vera, tea tree oil, honey, baking soda, toothpaste, and several other such ingredients to rid yourself of your wart.
A surgeon will use local anesthesia to numb the area of your foot where the wart is located before removing your wart along with a little surrounding tissue that might still be infected or could contain the roots. Your feet are quite susceptible to a viral attack since they could tread over land or water that has been already infected with the human papilloma virus that can cause plantar warts. Plantar warts can sometimes develop nerve endings within the lesion this results in a very painful plantar wart. Plantar warts get in to the bottom of the foot through typically some sort of micro trauma. Research on different forms of plantar wart treatment will yield many suggested forms of  treatment. As a professional who specialises in plantar wart treatment we look for a treatment method that has the following qualities.
It must cause minimal pain to the patient whilst the plantar wart treatment process is in progress. He is a 35 year old male he presented with one plantar wart on the Left foot behind the great toe the wart has had plantar wart treatment before as follows. He went to a Podiatrist and had the wart burnt with a solution of Salicylic Acid for several months there was no noticeable result and in fact the plantar wart became more painful.

He then decided to seek a second opinion and went to a second Podiatrist he was treated further with more acid treatment and again there was no result. He then decided to visit a General Practitioner who initially froze the plantar wart with liquid nitrogen after several months when there was still no result he decided to apply more acid to the area suggesting it was “almost gone” but a month later it was still there and causing pain. The Dermatologist suggested the use of duo film gel and wrapping the foot in Gladwrap and taking Vitamin D and Zantac orally after several months there was no result.
This patient was very sceptical after spending a considerable amount of both time and money to find a plantar wart treatment that worked. We initially asked the patient to return in 1 week as the wart was badly damaged with the continual use of acid this time allowed the Wart to dry out.
If you are suffering from Plantar Warts visit the experts in plantar wart treatment first and save yourself a lot of heartache. If you too have turned into a victim of this painful condition and are contemplating plantar wart removal then you have several options to choose from. The result is painful tumors in the shape of ingrown boils over the sole of your feet that increase in size and pain if not treated and removed in the early stages. All you need to do is to stick duct tape over your plantar wart ensuring that no air can reach the wart and leave it on for around 6 days.
However, this treatment is quite painful and if you cannot bear pain then you could try out laser surgery to burn off the wart in layers.
This method might leave a scar and you might also require stitches in case the wart was larger in size. However, if you are infected then you should explore all possible treatments in plantar wart removal so as to get rid of this painful affliction for good.
Patients find it extremely difficult to carry on their normal day to day activities without almost constant pain.

Walking barefoot on the pavement is enough to develop the micro trauma that will enable the Human Papilloma Virus to inoculate the foot with a plantar wart.
Plantar wart treatment should commence as early as possible otherwise the plantar warts may spread and grow in size making any form of treatment more difficult.
Removing this wart is quite difficult since the soles of your feet are always in contact with socks, shoes, or water or the ground, which in turn increases chances of re-infection to a large extent. You can then simply remove the duct tape, moisten the wart and use a file, pumice stone or emery paper to scrape off the suffocated and dead wart. However, if your feet are regularly exposed to infection then you might need stronger chemicals such as salicylic acid in high concentrations that can effectively kill the wart, although this treatment does not work in all cases.
This treatment is the best for surface warts that have not penetrated too much into the skin although it is also the costliest.
Proper care will be needed in all forms of treatment to ensure that the wart does not make an unwanted reappearance since the entire process might have to be repeated to remove it again.
Some patients will get this micro trauma from the non-slip surface around swimming pools and this is also a good place to be inoculated with the plantar wart virus. After 9 short weeks the Plantar Wart resolved there was no further pain from this lesion, the patient was extremely happy.
If, however, all your efforts have simply resulted in agitating your wart then your final arsenal in the fight on plantar wart removal would be to surgically remove the viral offender from your foot.
As other people with warts already on their feet will slough small bits of tissue infected with the wart virus the combination of micro trauma and infected tissue leads to the development of Plantar Warts.
