Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days to be eligible for a refund. Dr Foot will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving your email. Please note that all products sold within the UK include postage costs however no return carriage refunds can be given for returned, unwanted or incorrectly ordered products.


Returned orders must be unmarked and resalable, damaged goods may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund issued. Footwear and insoles must be in their original, unworn condition with no marks or wear and tear visible.
