If you're like me and your Docs are a little too roomy because they don't come in half-sizes, just get these insoles.
Martens are practically indestructible, except for the insoles which disintegrate after a few years of wear. The insoles are sturdy, yet cushiony -- not the usual floppy, spongy insoles sold in drugstores.

I took out the old insoles, slipped these in, and my shoes feel just like they did when I bought them 5+ years ago! My only complaint is that, because the heel of the insole is a bit thick, the heel of my foot is elevated and slides out of my shoe a little when I walk. I'm very satisfied with these insoles and relieved that I can now wear my Docs comfortably.
