WIZZ AIR STAFF
NAME:
NATALIA ARTEMOVA
POSITION:
COMMERCIAL MANAGER, WIZZ AIR UKRAINE
What could you not do your
job without?
I value a certain amount of space to
allow for decision making and using
my initiative.
What is your favourite place
in any city?
I prefer small and narrow streets, away
from the popular tourist attractions.
What is the best part of
your job?
The number of diverse tasks each day,
the fast-changing environment requiring
quick reactions and, best of all, seeing
the results of your efforts. It’s great to
read customers’ grateful comments about
their travel experiences with Wizz Air,
or to see pictures given from kids to the
crew on board and realise that you’ve
contributed to this.
Is there anywhere on the
network that you’ve not
been to just yet, but would
like to visit?
I’d like to travel more around my home
country of Ukraine; so many areas offer
beautiful countryside, or are rich in history
and culture. With Euro 2012 this June,
I hope visitors will have a chance to not
only see football games, but to explore
the Ukraine as well.
What is your favourite route?
Probably the one that I’ve not been on
yet, because each new route takes you to
a new place, promising new experiences
and adventures. Wizz Air has an advanced
network across Europe, so there are plenty
of opportunities.
How long have you been with
the company?
Almost four years – I joined Wizz Air
Ukraine 10 days before the first flight took
off from the Kiev base on 11 July 2008.
Wizz Air has since won recognition in the
Ukrainian market thanks to the efforts of
a great team, and I believe that there are
more challenges and victories ahead.
Which is your favourite city
and why?
My hometown, Donetsk, is still my
favourite, because that’s where my
childhood is.

EASTERN UKRAINE
