We’re glad to share great news with you, dear passengers —Cebu Pacific’s
network is now even larger thanks to a strategic alliance with Singapore-
based Tigerair.
The initial phase of this alliance includes the purchase of Tigerair
Philippines. Together, we will be able to provide every Juan with lower
fares on the largest low-cost network in the region. There will be more
low fares available along with more routes and destinations and increased
flight frequencies.
What are the initial changes that will be made? Flights on Tigerair
Philippines will now be available through the Cebu Pacific website at
and through Cebu Pacific’s other booking channels
by mid-March.
Later on, as we develop the alliance further, Cebu Pacific and Tigerair
Philippines passengers will have access to the lowest fares to 24 more
international destinations than we currently offer. You will be able to book
direct or connecting flights to a total of 48 international destinations in
18 countries along with 33 Philippine
destinations. This includes new
destinations in Australia, Myanmar,
the Maldives and India, among
others.
Similarly, this network, made
wider through the Tigerair deal,
will also help build a more
vibrant and dynamic tourism
industry for the Philippines.
