BE PROUD
OF WHERE YOU
CAME FROM
Whenever I go back to my hometown of
Cavite, I always pass by our town plaza,
the Imus Cathedral and our municipal
hall. I love Imus! If you’re not from
Cavite, please visit.

APPRECIATE
EVERY
MOMENT
I loved the time I performed for the
university students in Dumaguete.
I also love the culture in Silliman
University. I suddenly missed college
life… except for the homework and the
tests. Don’t forget to take home sans
rival and sylvanas!

EAT LIKE A LOCAL
Indonesia is like my second home
country, and Jakarta is always on my list
of places to go. I’m blessed — I’ve been
singing there for about six to seven years
now. The city life is electrifying. Check
out their modern malls and buildings; their
designs are creative. My favorite dish is
nasi goreng
.
It has fried rice with bits of
chicken, some satay, fried egg and spices.

FIND HIDDEN
TREASURES
Hong Kong is always refreshing. I enjoy
the modern city life and the shopping too!
I had a great time singing at a big event
for our fellow Filipinos in Victoria Park. I
often stay on the Kowloon side, and have
always admired the IFC Towers. They look
so good that they were used in the Batman
film,
The Dark Knight
.
I also went to hidden
designer shops while I was there; better ask
a friend where to look for them.
I love spending time in my
hometown, Cavite

GET OUT OF YOUR
COMFORT ZONE
I also enjoy traveling to Davao — its
cleanliness, peacefulness, security and
development are impressive. I had a great
time wakeboarding at Deca Wakeboard
Park in Deca Homes. I also make it a
point to visit Blugré Coffee and order their
durian-flavored brews.

LOOK FOR SOMETHING NEW
Singapore always leaves me in awe. It’s an ever-evolving city — it keeps on getting
bigger and better. How could I forget the three months I spent there while shooting the
first Asian TV musical series,
The Kitchen Musical
?
Marina Bay Sands is always a good
place to start exploring. The SkyPark is awesome.
