a restaurant that serves up fresh takes on
traditional Filipino food, for their own twist on homegrown lean
cuisine. The result is a mouth-watering sampling of six salads —
from fruit, vegetables, seaweed and mountainside fern — that
may be served as starters, side dishes or even a main course.
