their Enrollment to Employment (E2E) System. This complete
approach to human resource development aims to equip STI
students with applicable education, job market skills, job
preparedness, and job placement assistance in four steps.
First, the Learning Systems Development ensures that the
curriculum — prepared by exemplary professionals in various
fields — is being taught in all STI campuses. The second
step is the Academic Delivery System, which guarantees
that highly qualified faculty and the state-of-the-art facilities
on all campuses provide world-class learning across all STI
campuses. The third step, Student Certification, assures
that students are prepared for employment through rigid
assessment, evaluation, and certification programs. Before
the students leave the security of the school, they undergo
on-the-job training with some of STI’s reputable partner
companies. Finally, STI graduates can enjoy Job Placement
Assistance with the help of the Interactive - Career Assistance
Recruitment System (I-CARES). It is an online career service
system and one of the tools designed by the school to provide
support to STI students and alumni by establishing links with
prospective employers.
