Long live
Harry Potter
The magic lives on at the ArtScience Museum’s current exhibit of
the boy wizard and his fantastic world
DURING THE MAGICAL YEARS
of the Harry
Potter books, every new installment to the
series was greeted by snaking lines outside
bookstores around the world, usually at
midnight. Thick lines with yawning but excited
fans looked forward whatever new challenge
was tossed along the path of the boy wizard
and his loyal friends. The movies came
soon after, but as the last of JK Rowling’s
created world faded from the silverscreen,
Harry Potter fans wondered, what next? The
ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands in
Singapore came up with just the right antidote
to all the Harry Potter withdrawal symptoms
— an exhibition featuring hundreds of
authentic costumes and props from all eight
Harry Potter films. The exhibit will stay on
until the 30th of September. If you’re seriously
missing all that magic, don’t miss this show.
