this lone devotee worshipping
on the grounds of the Sri
Mahamariamman Temple. After
getting tacit permission from
the man, she captured this
deeply spiritual moment against
a colorful pantheon of Hindu
gods and deities.
Norman Barrientos
This self-confessed photography newbie labored hard
to get his shooting basics down pat. Norman made
strong use of color and leading lines to document a
busy Malacca avenue. The lone trishaw, with its gaudy
hues and quirky form, stands in contrast to the blue-
collar vibe of the street.
