other fun runs in the country, runners are
invited to race the field with their buddies.
Pairs — which may be a parent and child,
spouses, those in a relationship, with a
colleague or friend — must start the race
and finish it together!
The winning pair of the 5K run won a
trip for two to Plantation Bay Resort &
Spa via Cebu Pacific, with three days and
two nights hotel accommodation; while
the winning pair of the 10K run won the
coveted trip for two to Hanoi, Vietnam
via Cebu Pacific, with three days and two
nights hotel accommodation, and many
other goodie bags from major sponsors.
Free diagnostic exams for runners were
sponsored by New World Diagnostics. The
University of Santo Tomas’ Sports Science
department also provided physical therapy
to participants after their run. More partners
also provided bigger prizes, entertainment,
fun, and wellness booths extending healthy
treats and free check-ups. The growing
numbers of participants and partners alike
prove that Robinsons Supermarket is right
on track in trekking the wellness path!
