Arrive at the Xiamen Gaoqi
International Airport. Taxis are located outside the
arrival terminal. Flat rate for cabs is about CN¥8
(PHP54) for the first 3km, and an additional CN¥2
(PHP14) per extra km. There are also public buses.

Nánputuó Temple and Monastery is worth
a visit. You can also take a ferry ride to Gulangyu
Island, a peaceful little oasis with lush green
gardens, pretty old-style buildings, nice beaches
and charming cafés.
