While exploring the ruins of Preah
Khan, engineer Lee Ledesma noticed
the golden light falling onto the
devata
carving on the left. He framed his image
and decided that the cold, almost blue
illumination on the neighboring statue
provided an intriguing contrast of colors.
He promptly zoomed out to record
this eye-catching shot of an often-
overlooked subject.
