Bongao, the capital. Drivers charge PHP15–20

single motorcycle services from the airport to
the city. The fare is negotiable, ranging from
PHP10–30. Once in the city, tricycles will be your
main means of transport.

boulevard and check out the joggers, the Tae Bo
Club and the fishermen arriving from the sea with
their catch. Go on a Dipolog River Cruise for lunch
then get a view of the city from Linabo Peak.

Tricycles are the main means of
transport around the city. What’s more, Pagadian’s
tricycles are unique: they’re inclined at a 25˚ to
40˚ angle, which allows them to negotiate the
exceptionally hilly terrain.

Check out Pulacan Falls, which is
around 13km from the city. Simply ride the
tricycle going there. Visit Dao-Dao Islands,
which is about seven to 10 minutes away from
the seaport, on a motorboat.
