BY DAY
Taejongdae is one of Busan’s most popular
attractions, with its white lighthouse overlooking the
sea. Delight in the experience of eating fresh raw
fish on the rocky shore, and riding a boat around the
Olyuk Islands.

Head to Gukje Market, which was
created during the Korean War. As the biggest
traditional market in Busan, Gukje offers a variety of
goods at prices much cheaper than other places. The
locals say it has everything!

say “Foreign Language Service”. Cabs can be
shared except for those with black and yellow
tops. Thanks to a new bridge, the trip takes 15
minutes. Eight subway lines serve the main areas.
BY DAY
Put on your hiking shoes and trek along
th city walls. From Hongryeonsa up until the
Changuimun gate, it’s about 17km long and will
take you approximately four hours. Once you see
the view, the effort will be worth it.

Stay till late at Lotte Park, a huge
amusement park, which is open till 11pm Friday till
Sunday. Or try Seoul’s Silent Disco, where people,
plugged into their own soundtracks, meet and
