Thecompany’s architects had a clear
visionwhencreating the Lynx cabin. Each
model features large glass façades and
spacious rooms, whichmake you feel a
part of the surrounding countryside and
create a fantastic view. Thecabins’ small
ecological footprintsmake themost of the
plot and the terrain, whether it’s sloping
or flat. The additional free-standing
modules createextra space, allowing for
thepossibility of rental.

viewover thenatural surroundings.
The 105m

cabin is designed for sloping
terrain, whichharmonises perfectlywith
theOtium’s slanted roof and sharp look.
Thecabin’s open lounge and kitchen
solutionon themainfloor is anatural
focal point andmeetingplace. The
mainfloor alsocomprises bedrooms,
bathroom/laundry, an internal storeroom
and a staircase leadingup to the top
floor. Theopen-plandesign gives an
extraordinary expressionof light amid
suchbeautiful surroundings. Themain
floor canbe adapted as required, andcan
include another bedroom.

Foris
The Foris is characterisedby clean lines,
a glass façade andexcellent useof its

of space– it is amodern luxury
cabindeveloped for flat terrain. Theopen
lounge and kitchenon themainfloor,
with the centrally placed refectory table,
are at the Foris’s heart. The roomhas
a fantastic ceiling height that stretches
between thebalcony and themainfloor.
In addition to the lounge and kitchen, the
Foris boasts fivebedroomswith room for
a total of 10beds, bathroom/laundry,
hallway and a shed for sports equipment
with a separateentrance.
