apprenticeprogramme is aimed at
peoplewhowant to get aneducation
in tourism, aswell asproviding an
opportunity to seebehind the scenes in
a fast-growing airline.
Apprenticeships last from two years to
three-and-a-half years. A largepartof
theprogramme is spentworkingascabin
crew inourBoeing737s. Apprenticesalso
get experienceof ticketdesks, check in
andat thegateat airports, and the sales
andmarketingdepartment. Afterbeing
trained inourbooking systemsat the
headoffice, apprenticesget toworkand
live inTallinn for threeweeksand spend
onemonth inLondon.
Past apprenticeshave goneon to
work for the airline as cabincrew

) or in the luggagedepartment,
sales andmarketing,HR andflight
safety,whileothers nowhave jobs
at travel agencies, as cabincrewon
other airlines, in groundhandling and
at hotels, orwork forOslo’s airport
express train andHurtigruten.
