around. InNorway everyone is so
servicemindedbut when youmeet
people like that you love it – youhave
to love it. I havemy breakfast nearby
at Pizza East (pizzaeast.com) very
often, it’s perfect. I order
poached eggs and avocado
with chilli andhome-pressed
juice. That’s oneofmy
favouriteplaces.
What’syour favourite
destinationaround theworld?
I like theCôted’Azur – I love theocean,
theatmosphere is just theamazing.
Antibes is verynice, acosyoldportwith
a lot of good seafood,wego there for
familyholidays.
What’s thebest thingabout your
home town,Kristiansand?
It’s a really
nicecity, especially in summer –
our oceanhouse iswhere I
escape to. There aren’t so
many restaurants but Hos
Naboen (hosnaboen.no) has
abasement that’smade to
feel likehome– it’s very cosy
and the service is perfect.
Whatwouldyou recommend to
tourists inOslo,whereyou livenow?
The
Astrup-FearnleyMuseum (afmusset.no)
is amust, and you
don’t have tobe
into art; youcan just
explore it. I’ve also
been collaborating
on anunpluggednight every
second Thursdaywith The
Thief hotel (thethief.com) – it’s
an amazingplacewith a great
