An der London Art Fair nehmen über 100
Galerien teil, die vom 18.-22. Januar das
Beste moderner und zeitgenössischer
Kunst zeigen. Zusätzlich zu den Galerien,
die die Arbeiten der führenden Talente
der britischen Kunstszene ausstellen,
gibt es die Ableger Arts Project mit Wer-
ken aus aller Welt sowie Photo50, eine
Sammlung 50 herausragender zeitge-
nössischer Fotografien, die durch eine
renommierte Expertenjury zusammen-
gestellt wurde. Das Event findet im Busi-
ness Design Centre in Islington statt,
etwas nördlich des Londoner Stadt-
zentrums.
The annual London Art Fair, held on
18–22 January, will feature over 100
galleries displaying the best modern and
contemporary British art. There will also
be an Art Projects section, with new,
alternative work from across the world,
and Photo50, a collection of 50 great
contemporary photographs, selected by a
distinguished panel of experts. The fair will
be held at Islington’s Business Design
Centre, just to the north of central London.
Afterwards, check out the pubs and
restaurants on nearby Upper Street, and
enjoy a pleasing taste of the real London.
