(subject to route), but cannotbeconsumed
onboard.
YOURCONDUCTONBOARD
InaccordancewithUKand
international law, theCaptain is in
commandof theaircraft andeveryperson
shall obeyhisorher lawful commands.
Captainshave theauthority to takeany
actions theydeemnecessary tomanage
passengerswhoaredisruptiveor cause
problems, under theProhibitedBehaviour
regulationsquotedabove.Our
primaryconcern is for thesafetyof
ourpassengersandcrew.Wehave
azero-tolerancepolicywith regard
topassengerswhoareverballyor
physicallydisruptive towardsanyother
persononboard theaircraft.Creware
trained todealwithsuchsituationsand
will alwaysput thesafetyof theaircraft,
crewandotherpassengersfirst.
SAFETYEQUIPMENT
It isanoffence to tamper
withor removeanysafety
equipmenton thisaircraft, including
the life jackets. Suchactionsmay
jeopardiseotherpassengers’ safety
and lead toprosecution.
HANDBAGGAGE
Pleaseensure that yourcabin
baggage remainssafelystowed for
take-offand landing, andat any timeas
instructedby thecrew. Placesmall bags
under theseat in frontof you (unlessyou
areseated inanemergencyexit row);
larger itemsmustgo in theoverhead
lockers. Placeyourbagsecurely in the
locker and takecarewhenopening the
lockers, as falling itemsmay injureyour
fellowpassengers.
SHARPSBOXES
Hypodermicneedlesarepermitted
onboard formedical useonlyandshould
alwaysbedisposedof inasharpsbox. If
youneed todisposeof anysharp item,
pleasecontactthecabincrew.
ELECTRONICDEVICES
Youcanuseportableelectronic
devicesonboard, provided theyare in
‘FlightSafe’mode. Thismeansyoucan
playgames, reade-booksandwatch
moviesduring take-offand landing.
Yourdevicesmusthave ‘FlightSafe’mode
enabledandshouldbesecured inyour
handorpocketduring taxi and take-off,
while inflight andwhen landing.
We recommendyou removeheadphones
during thesafetybriefing.During the
taxiing to thearrival gate, cabincrewwill
advisewhenyoucanswitchoff ‘FlightSafe’
mode. Therearesomeexceptions thatmay
beused forboardingand inflight (provided
theyare in ‘FlightSafe’mode), butnot
during taxi, take-offand landing–atwhich
point theymustbesafelystowedaway.
These include laptops,DVDplayersandall
Bluetoothaccessories.Deviceswithout
‘FlightSafe’modewill need tobeswitched
offduring theflight.Ask thecabincrew if
youareunsure.
