hello and awarmwelcome
on board. In our bid to
make travel easy as well as affordable, we have now
introduced online check-in across all our flights.
About 90% of our customers currently check-in
before they get to the airport – it saves queuing and
is one less thing to do on the day of travel. Until last
month, this wasn’t possible for all our destinations,
but we have now reached agreements to extend it
across every one of the 137 airports we fly to.
If you haven’t done it before, please give it a go.
Simply log on to
easyJet.com
and print your boarding
pass at home – it really is that easy. Customers
travellingwith just cabin baggage find it particularly
useful, because they can go straight to Security and
then on to their departure gate, saving valuable time
and hassle. If you’re travellingwith hold luggage, you
can drop your bags off at the Bag Drop desks before
heading to Security. Find out more on page 187.
I’malso very excited to let you know that, as of
thismonth, we’ll be trialling a newalternative, where
customers can download their boarding cards onto
a selection of smartphones. Initially at six of our
airports, we’ll roll this out soon, depending on how
the trial goes and, also, customer demand.
We’re always looking at howwe can improve your
experiencewith us and appreciate feedback. Let me
knowyour thoughts by emailing carolyn@easyJet.
com. In themeantime, have a great flight!
