but Coffeehouse
Conversations,
which launches
this month at
vienna

s Café
Museum has just this in mind. Inspired by the work of
Theodore Zeldin, an Oxford don who believes that the
future of humanity can only be ensured if strangers
spend time getting to know each other, the event will
invite visitors to enjoy a three-course dinner with
locals. To inspire talking, there will be a conversation
menu, with themes skipping from the light-hearted to
the deep and meaningful, though nothing to cover the
potentially awkward discussion of splitting the bill.
