a wonderful time over the festive period and I’d like
to take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy
New Year.
It’s been a busy year for us, flying over 58 million
people to more than 130 destinations across Europe.
We’ve made a big change too, by rolling out allocated
seating on all flights, which means you can now
choose your seat before you fly. Your feedback so
far has been positive, and we’re confident this will
improve your experience when flying with us.
The year ahead will see lots of exciting
developments too, including the launch of our
new routes to Moscow from both London Gatwick
and Manchester. We’re really looking forward to
connecting business and leisure travellers between
the UK and Russia, and we’ll continue to work hard
at making travel easier and more affordable for more
passengers than ever across Europe and beyond.
As always, we’d love to hear your feedback on
