hello and welcome
on board. First, some brilliant
news. Thanks to you, our passengers, in the eight
months since launching our partnership with
UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s charity, we
have raised an incredible £1m (€1.23m) from your
donations of spare change and leftover foreign
currency on easyJet flights. All the money raised will
go to help fund UNICEF’s life-saving work, providing
children with vaccines against deadly diseases like
tuberculosis and diphtheria.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank every one
of you from across the network for your generosity,
which will help to save so many children’s lives.
We’ve branded two of our aircraft with special
UNICEF livery to mark the £1mmilestone and named
them both
Change for Good
,
so you may see them
on your travels.
Spring is almost here and we’ve recently
announced some new routes over the coming
months. You’ll be able to fly fromManchester to
the Greek city of Thessaloniki, as well as Prague,
the beautiful historic capital of the Czech Republic.
FromMilan, we’ve launched flights in time for
summer to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt and Ajaccio,
the capital of Corsica.
Finally, we’d love to hear your feedback on how
we’re doing, so please let me know your thoughts by
contacting me at
Have a great flight!
