had a very happy Easter. Spring has arrived andwe’ve
announced new routes. From thismonth, we’ll start
flying fromMilanMalpensa to Belgrade in Serbia,
andwe’re launching flights fromLondonGatwick to
Bergen, Norway fromMay.This beautiful region is the
gateway to the fjords.
We nowfly over 58million of you each year to
more than 130 destinations across 33 countries. We’re
very pleased to be connecting somany people, and
work hard tomake travel easier for all our passengers.
From the end of this month, we’ll also be introducing
online check-in only across all of our flights, which
means that when you get to the airport, there will
be one less thing to do. Just print your boarding
card at home – particularly useful for our customers
travellingwith cabin baggage only, as theywill be able
to go straight to Security and on to their departure
gate. ‘Check-In’ areas will be re-signed as ‘Bag Drop’,
so you can leave your hold luggage with us as quickly
and efficiently as possible. It’s all part of our focus on
improving your experience so you have a smoother
journey through the airport. See page 171 for details.
