HELLO ANDWELCOME ON BOARD.
I hope you’re enjoying the summer! We’ve
certainly been busy, flying Europe’s business community to work, as well as taking
many of you on well-earned breaks to the sun. In the last couple of months, our fantastic
crew have welcomed over 13-million passengers on board nearly 90,000 flights.
Through all this, getting you there on time has been a big focus, so we’re extremely
proud of our industry-leading performance during July, with over 90% of flights arriving
within 15 minutes of the advertised time.
Some of you may also have been part of our trial for a new approach to seating,
where we give you an allocated seat number in advance of boarding. We’re testing it on
a handful of flights to find out if it’s better than the free-seating approach we use today.
We’ll be listening to all the customer feedback, making sure it doesn’t slow us down and
making a decision on whether to roll it out in the next few weeks. Watch this space for
more news on this.
Finally, our July customer-satisfaction scores were at 80%. We’re very grateful that
so many of you like what we’re doing to make travel easy and affordable for all our

milione e 400mila persone.
Si tratta di più di 9 mila voli,
1300 dei quali nella sola
giornata del 7 settembre.
Un record per noi, reso
possibile grazie a voi che ci
avete scelto.
Siamo inoltre orgogliosi
di essere una delle
compagnie più puntuali,
infatti a luglio oltre il 90%
dei nostri aerei è arrivato
entro 15 minuti dall’orario
previsto.
