chocolate”, British gourmet chocolate brand

over Amsterdammers with its ice-cream-inspired
Chocs to Chill since opening a two-storey temple to
indulgence here back in June.
This month (23 September, to be precise)
sees the long-awaited reopening of the
Stedelijk Museum
(stedelijk.nl), or “The Bathtub”,
as it’s come to be known by locals. Containing work
by everyone from Barbara Kruger to Dan Flavin, it’s
one of the most significant modern art institutions
in the world.
