Beaujolympiades
From 15-17 November, Lyon hosts the
Beaujolympiades, marking the release of this year’s Beaujolais
Nouveau wine. The first barrels are floated down the Saone
River at midnight on the 15th. Place Antonin Poncet will be
the place to be from 8pm on the 16th, with events such as a
barrel-rolling competition and music.
