gone live with our allocated seating trial.
We’ve been keen to alleviate the stress you
tell us you can sometimes experience at
boarding sowe’re looking forward to
seeing the results of the trial. If you tell us
you are happy with it, andwe are able to
maintain our industry leading on-time
performance, we will roll this out across
our network.
Just in time for summer, we’re also
excited to announce flights to the Greek
island of Kefalonia fromboth London
Gatwick andMilan. Renowned for its
beautiful beaches andwonderful food (not
tomention the fact it’s the setting for
Louis de Bernières best-selling book,
Captain Corelli’sMandolin
) we’re sure you
will love this idyllicMediterranean location.
Finally, we’re really pleasedwith recent
customer satisfaction scores, whichwere
at 87% last month – the highest we’ve
seen so far this year.

esté disfrutando del 2012
hasta el momento y que desee
que llegue el verano tanto como
nosotros. Nos complace anunciarle
nuestros nuevos destinos de verano,
justo a tiempo para el periodo de
vacaciones. Este año easyJet le lleva
con sus nuevas rutas desde Madrid
a Dubrovnik, Creta y Cerdeña, tres
destinos idílicos en los que poder
relajarse. Desconectar de la rutina
será muy fácil, disfrutando de sus
fabulosas playas de aguas cristali-
nas. Además, estas rutas ya están
a la venta para que pueda planificar
con antelación esas tan esperadas
vacaciones de verano a precios
asequibles.
Además, este mes estrenamos
nuestra nueva ruta nacional Madrid-
La Coruña. También a principios de
año lanzamos la nueva conexión
Madrid-Bilbao. Ambas rutas ofrecen
todavía más opciones a los clientes
que viajan por ocio o por trabajo, y
respaldan nuestro compromiso de
conectar viajeros por toda Europa.

Siamo lieti di annunciarle che, giusto
in tempo per le vacanze, abbiamo
una nuova, entusiasmante desti-
nazione: l’isola greca di Cefalonia,
raggiungibile da Milano e da Londra
Gatwick. Famosa per le sue bellis-
sime spiagge e la deliziosa cucina
(oltre che per essere lo scenario del
best-seller di Louis de Bernières,“Il
mandolino del Capitano Corelli”),
sarà sicuramente il posto perfetto
per una pausa idilliaca nel cuore del
Mediterraneo.
Inoltre, stiamo per lanciare anche
due nuove rotte interne: già da
questo mese può volare da Madrid
a La Coruña, mentre da giugno
uniremo Milano ad Alghero. Con
queste nuove tratte vogliamo offrire
ancora più scelta a chi viaggia per
affari o per piacere e confermare
il nostro impegno a collegare tutta
l’Europa.

Depuis Lyon, nous vous pro-
posons cet été: Ajaccio en Corse ou
Palerme en Sicile.
Nous inaugurons également 3
nouvelles lignes estivales depuis
Genève: Athènes pour un séjour
culturel, Catane en Sicile ou Venise
pour une escapade romantique.
Toutes ces nouvelles lignes nous
permettent d’offrir aux passagers
en voyage loisirs ou affaires un plus
grand choix et de confirmer notre
engagement à répondre aux besoins
de nos voyageurs européens.
